Engraved sleeves
Diaven provides a prepress service for engraved sleeves.
Round engraving of the sleeve die enables continuous printing without interruption, facilitating station set-up and reducing machine set-up time and costs. The engraved sleeves also allow for zero plate mounting time.

Elastomer sleeves
Types: Thin, 1 layer build up, 2 layer build up with a hard under layer, 2 layer build up with a soft under layer;
Dimensions: minimum width 15 cm – maximum 3.2 meters;
Minimum outer diameter (print pitch): 170 mm;
Maximum outer diameter : 1.25 meters;
Applicable inks : water-based, UV, solvent.
Round top and flat top photopolymer sleeves
Types: Thin, Classic, “Build up” sleeves;
Dimensions: minimum width 15 cm – maximum 1.75 meters;
Minimum inside diameter: 86.060 mm | Stork size 290 mm;
Maximum internal diameter: 235.666 mm | Stork size 760 mm;
Maximum outer diameter (print pitch): ~ 1000 mm;
Applicable inks: water-based, UV, solvent;
Photopolymers used: Dupont, Flint, Mcdermid.
Our technology for prepress of engraved sleeves

For the production of Round Top and Flat Top photopolymer sleeves we use:

ESKO CTP (Computer to Plate);
– ESKO VIEWER, X Rite, EFI, ENFOCUS, MICROSCOPE, TECKON, DIGITAL CALIBER, FLEXOPROOFING PRESS control systems.
